My name is Malcolm Swim, founder of Splintertech Consulting. I help Warsaw businesses find the repetitive work eating up their week and automate it on the systems they already use.

Services

I currently offer three services: Automation Audit and Report, Build, and Maintenance.

All services are delivered exclusively in English.

Audit & Report

I will conduct a full 2 week audit of your business, investigating the different avenues available to find the systems that will save you the most time, while also maintaining your security and your workflows. If someone on your team spends 1 hour a week copying orders from an email into a spreadsheet, that’s what I find and figure out how to fix. Based on the audit, I build a report tailored to your business, detailing which processes can be automated, how much they will cost to implement, and how much your business will save from each.

Build

The report will list the different processes that can be automated, and it is up to you which ones are implemented. I will build what you choose from the ground up so that it fits perfectly into your business. Alongside it you are provided with a runbook, so that even without me, you know how your system works.

Maintenance

As your business continues to grow, things change: you may replace existing systems, add new parts to your workflows, and expand the scope of your operations, while the original system remains built around a snapshot in time. This is called drift, and as part of the maintenance plan I will make sure that everything I build for you grows alongside your company. Alongside this, I offer ongoing support to ensure that your systems are always ready.

About Malcolm

I moved to Warsaw from Canada in 2025 and have been studying Management and Artificial Intelligence at Kozminski University. I have a passion for efficiency and automation, and from a young age have deeply enjoyed finding out how things work, and thinking about how I can make them better. Over the years I have built the skills necessary to identify processes that can be improved or automated, and I realized that I can offer my skills to the businesses of the city I have been in love with since the moment I arrived, and so here I am, ready to help boost your business to achieve its potential.

Pricing

The audit & report begins at 2,000 zł, you pay for the build based on what it saves you, and maintenance depends on the complexity of your systems.
